Sweet and Tasty IceBox Banana Pudding.
This is a simple banana pudding without having to use your oven. I remember my mom’s oven bake banana pudding that she use to make all the time from scratch it took so many ingredients and so much time she only made it like once a year :). I’m going to teach you all how to make a simple banana pudding today that takes less time and way less ingredients.
A Bundle of bananas
1 can of condensed milk
Cool whip topping
2 blocks of cream cheese
How to prepare:
Place the two room temperature blocks of cream cheese into a mixing bowl with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and last one whole can of condense milk (depending on how sweet you would like it. If you like more tart use more lemon juice and a half can of condense milk.) mix everything together to create a yummy filling.
Place a layer of vanilla wafers into a baking dish or bowl dice bananas and place on top of wafers then add a layer of the filling. Just keep adding layers until all the filling is gone. Lastly add your cool whip to the top of your pudding and spread over the whole thing and put into the refrigerator. Wait about an hour and get you a nice firm bowl of banana pudding it’s really tasty.
